Policies

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A deposit of one night's rental is required to confirm reservations. Deposits are non-refundable. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and must have a valid credit on file during your stay.

The balance is due upon arrival payable in cash or major credit card. Please, no personal checks. Sorry but there are no refunds after check-in.
You MUST be 21 to reserve a room. Guests must present a photo ID at check in. The Camelot will not check any guest in if under 21.

Weekend and Holiday rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum stays are required according to seasons. Three-night minimums apply from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day and two-night minimums apply for off-season weekends (Sept, Oct, Dec, May, plus selected other weekends). If a major holiday falls on a weekday (e.g. 4th of July, Christmas, NYE) weekend rates will apply.

Rates are subject to New Jersey state sales tax.

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATIONS POLICY

In the event that you must cancel or modify your reservation, 15 days or more prior to your arrival date, there will be a 20% cancellation fee. The balance of 80% will be applied as a motel credit towards a future stay and is valid for 1 year and may be transferred only once.

There will be no credits or refunds on reservations canceled within 2 weeks (14 days) of arrival and the entire deposit will be forfeited. The same policy applies to modified or shortened reservations. There will be no refunds or credit for reduction of stay or cancellation after check-in. Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied.

Unless a State of Emergency for New Jersey is declared, refunds are not given for inclement weather.

Check-in 3pm. Check-out 11am.

PET POLICY

The Camelot does not allow pets.

PARKING POLICY

We permit one (1) vehicle per room to park in our private lot. All vehicles must be registered at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, we do not have availability for additional cars to park. Please ask about other arrangements available to park any additional vehicles. Unregistered cars will be ticketed and towed at the vehicle owners expense.

SMOKING POLICY

We are a non-smoking property. Absolutely NO smoking on balconies, sundeck, pool area or in the guest room. This applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, medical marijuana and vaping. Failure to comply with the New Jersey State Law will result in a $250.00 fine/cleaning fee that will be billed to your account. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas in the parking lot. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please help us keep our property clean by placing your extinguished cigarettes and cigars in the designated smoker poles. New Jersey Smoke-Free Air Act N.J.S.A. 26:3D-55

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW:

We do not provide coffee in our guest rooms

Beach tags are not provided by The Camelot

ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE PERMITTED TO USE THE POOL

Once checked out, use of the pool or parking facilities is not permitted

Beach and Pool towels are not provided. We do not permit guest room towels to be used in our pool area or to be taken to the beach.

No Glass in the pool area – Plastic only

No large pool toys or floats are permitted for the safety of all our guests

Grill use for guests only. Grill reservations are for 30 minutes per guest room. Please clean the grill after your use.

We are not responsible for any items left in the room

This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Please utilize the room safes in each of our guest rooms.
