Policies
Deposit
A deposit of one night’s rental is required to confirm reservations. Deposit is credited to the last day of stay. Reservations will be held pending for 5 days to receive deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
A motel credit of 80% will be issued if canceled 15 days in advance. No credits or refunds on reservations canceled within 2 weeks of arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
Payment
Balance due upon arrival in cash, major credit cards, or traveler's checks. Please, no personal checks. Rates are subject to New Jersey state sales tax. Weekend and Holiday rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum stays are required according to seasons. Sorry, we do not guarantee specific rooms or floors.
